So sorry. I'm sure Heaven's gates have opened for her. She was so sweet. Always remembered her from my pharmacy days. May God Bless each & everyone in the family. She is with Bobby. Deepest sympathy. Debbie

I am so grateful till I've had an aunt that had a Grace and Mercy and a forgiving heart who also made the best watercress salad ever she was a blessing in my life my mother's life I remember as a child when Joyce mom and all of her sisters came and got my mom and moved us to Durham and Joyce helped her sister my mom with food ,rent, we went to church with her every Sunday and some Wednesday nights for Bible study but she helped plant seeds seeds that God can only give from the Holy Spirit Joyce penny is a woman of God my Uncle Bobby Penny was a man of God they both participated in church religiously for many years and it always reflected on their life she always always put God first and bless the food before every family meal and I really miss the times when Grandma was here and all of our moms would get together at Grandma's house and all of us little cousins ran around the place ,outside and waiting for the food, those were wonderful times I never expected or thought of anyone getting older and I never thought that we would leave this world but now as an adult I understand that each and every one of us cannot stay here God did not give us eternal life here on this Earth therefore this is why it is important to be there for your loved ones now because God did not give no one tomorrow family is everything and families should come together and have cookouts have conversations learn to get to know one another as adults because we are no longer children it is time for us to be responsible for our actions and words this is a time where family should come together and be there with one another and enjoy the presence of each other but apparently everyone only has time for themselves it's time to be a family not just our family but every family because God did not promise no one tomorrow.
