Elizabeth “Anne” Bordeaux Holt

DURHAM- Mrs. Elizabeth “Anne” Bordeaux Holt, 69, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019.Mrs. Holt was born April 25, 1949 to the late Roy and Marietta Bordeaux in Durham, NC. She was a sweet and loving woman. Mrs. Holt was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.Mrs. Holt is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Marietta Bordeaux; son, Bryan Roy Holt; brothers, Jimmy Bordeaux, Daulphus Bordeaux and Gene Bordeaux.Mrs. Holt is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jimmy Holt; sons, Brent Holt, Johnny Rose and Robbie Rose; daughter, Charlotte Mizelle (Vernon); brother, Frank Bordeaux (Billie); grandchildren, Dustin Bunch, Daniel Mizelle, Katlyne Holt, Aaron Knapp, Toni Corprew and Matthew Knight (Michelle) and several great grandchildren.A visitation will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Faith Baptist Church. Officiating will be Pastor Andrew Ivester. Pallbearers will be Vernon Mizelle, Daniel Mizelle, Tony Hurley, Roy Burdeaux, Tony Burdeaux, and Lamar Bordeaux. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.Flowers are acceptable of memorial contributions can be directed to Faith Baptist Church, 3321 Cheek Road, Durham, NC 27703.
