Zachary Thomas Vaughan

Zachary “Zack” Vaughan, 33, of Durham, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2025 in Ebony, Virginia. He was born on January 12, 1992, in Durham, NC to Kevin Vaughan and his late mother Lisa Vaughan who passed away in December of 2021.

Zack worked as a Mechanical Insulator for Triangle Insulation Services. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and being outdoors. Zack was a very loving and kindhearted man. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Mr. Vaughan is survived by his father, Kevin Vaughan; brother, Matthew Vaughan; paternal grandmother, Joyce Taylor; aunt, Kim Allison; cousins, Lauren Owens, Emily Morris, and Morgan Haun (Reid) and his beloved dog, Daisy.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Hudson Funeral Home, 211 S. Miami Blvd., Durham, NC 27703. Rev. Hugh O’Shields will officiate. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Durham, NC.

The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 10:00 A.M.
