DURHAM- Mr. Clyde Wesley Vowell, Jr., 74, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2020.
Mr. Vowell was born on September 24, 1945 to Clyde and Lois Vowell in Durham, NC. He was a member of Shady Grove Free Will Baptist Church.
Mr. Vowell was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Lois Vowell; daughter, Maureen Vowell; and brothers, Danny Vowell and Norman Vowell. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ray Vowell; son, Chris Vowell (Melissa) of Hiddenite, NC; sister, Ruth Corkum of Raleigh, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
