Virginia F. Scoggins

DURHAM- Mrs. Virginia F. Scoggins passed away May 6, 2021 at age 88.

Mrs. Scoggins was born May 19, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Percy Lee Foy and Virginia Ezzell Foy. She retired from Liggett and Myers Tobacco Company in 1989. Mrs. Scoggins was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints.

Mrs. Scoggins is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth W. Scoggins, Sr.; sisters, Betty Douglas, Brenda Birt; niece, Vicky Roberts.

Mrs. Scoggins is survived by her son, Kenneth W. Scoggins, Jr.; grandson, Chad Scoggins (Laurie), great-grandson, Colin Blake Scoggins; sister, Patricia Hart (Jim) and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 10, 2021 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be Bishop Ryland Pigg.
