CHAPEL HILL-Teresa Knight Kubinsky , 51, of Chapel Hill died on Monday, February 27, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Samuel Macon Knight. She was of the Methodist Faith. She was preceded in death by her brother Samuel Knight.She is survived by her mother, Patsy Hutchins, one son, Robert Wayne McKinney, one brother , Ralph Powell, one sister, Deborah Hite, a long time friend, Jimmy Dodson, and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Orange United Methodist Church on MLK Blvd. in Chapel Hill. Rev. Ken Hall will officiate. Burial will be in Orange UMC Cemetery.The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. one hour prior to the funeral at the church.
