Sue Griggs Walker

DURHAM- Mrs. Sue Griggs Walker, 71, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019.
Mrs. Walker was born on July 30, 1948 to Vincent and Dixie Griggs in Gastonia, NC. She enjoyed golfing, cooking, playing cards, and painting with water colors. Sue loved her dog “Mouse” and her family dearly. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.
Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Dixie Griggs, and husband, Ronald Walker. She is survived by her son, Gary Wagoner (Jami) of Naperville, IL; step-sons, Jamie Walker of Durham, NC, Terry Walker of Timberlake, NC; brother, Walter Griggs (Nan) of Dallas, NC; half-brother, Tommy; grandchildren, Oliver Wagoner and Jackson Wagoner of Naperville, IL; step-grandchild, Jennifer W. Leathers (Lee) of Rougemont, NC; and nephews, Eric Griggs and Benjamine Griggs.
