Stanley Tim Moss

Stanley Tim Moss, 72, passed away on August 2, 2024.

Stanley was born December 3, 1951 in Durham, North Carolina to the late Clarence Robert and Lacy Whitley Moss. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his brothers Clay Moss and Ray Whitley.

Before retirement, Stanley worked as a skilled electrician. As a true southern man, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and NASCAR racing. 

 Stanley is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Bryant); son, Robert L. (Teresa) stepson, Bryan Logner; brother, Rev. C. W. Moss (Dale); sister, Betty McGaha (Walter); grandson, Robert W.; step granddaughter, Lilah and several nephews and nieces. 

 The family will receive relatives and friends at Hudson Funeral Home at 211 S. Miami Blvd. Durham, NC on Friday, August 9 from 12-2pm. A graveside service will follow at Sorrell’s Grove Cemetery at 804 Airport Blvd Morrisville.

Pallbearers will be Robbie Moss, Jason Moss, Jeff Scruggs, Bryan Logner, and Clyde Moore.
