Sarah Ward Tingen

Mrs. Sarah Ward Tingen, 93, a former resident of Durham died on Monday, February 6, 2012 in Yorktown, Virginia.She was born in Edenton, N.C. to the late Charlie and Joycey Chambers Ward. She retired from Durham County Social Services as a case worker. She is survived by her son,Jack Randolph Capps and wife Alice, of Las Vegas.Graveside services were held on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Maplewood Cemetery.
