DURHAM Mrs. Sandra O’Neal Carver, 69, of Durham, died on Wednesday, May 22, 2013.Mrs. Carver was born in Durham County to the late Harvey M. O’Neal and Nannie Mae Colclough O’Neal. She was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Carver. She was a devout Christian and avid Duke fan. She is survived by her uncles, A.V. O’Neal (Barbara) and W. C.
