DURHAM-Mr. Ronnie Douglas Haswell, 61, of 2922 Constance Ave. died on Saturday, January 29, 2011. He was a native and lifelong resident of Durham. He was the son of the late Alvin Haswell. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church. Mr. Haswell was an avid Duke Fan. He worked for the City of Durham. He is survived by his parents; Doris and Norman Taylor of Durham; one brother, Pete Taylor of Durham.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Greg Allison and Rev. Jimmy Hall will officiate.The family will receive friends on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home. Flowers or favorite charity are acceptable.
