Rickie Durwood Jackson

OXFORD Mr. Rickie Durwood Jackson, 64, of Oxford, died on Monday, June 3, 2013.Mr. Jackson was born in Durham to the late Clinton Edward Jackson and Edna Williams Jackson. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed with Trimac Trucking. He is survived by his two sons, Nicholas Jackson of Oxford and Matt Jackson and wife, Cecily of Wake Forest; grandchildren, Noah, McKayla and Colby Jackson; aunt, Janet Williams. Graveside services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park.Active pallbearers will be Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, BoogieChristmas, Skeeter Logner,Eddie Christmas and Don Adams.The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home. Flowers are acceptable.
