Mrs. Pandora Laws Frazier, 88, of Durham, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2025. She was born to the late Ed and Virginia Winstead Laws on April 5, 1937.
For 25 years, Mrs. Frazier worked as a property care specialist with the Morehead-Cain Foundation, where during her tenure met celebrities such as Andy Griffith, Eva Marie Saint, Michael Jordan and his mother, Dean Smith, and Roy Williams. Despite working for UNC, she was an avid and proud Duke fan.
As a 55-year member of Fellowship Baptist Church of Durham, Mrs. Frazier found great joy in serving in the bus ministry and as a Sunday School teacher for over 30 years.
In 1958, she married Jerry Frazier, and together raised their two daughters, Teresa and Diane.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Frazier is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Frazier, and son-in-law, Tony Crumpler.
She is survived by her daughters Teresa Crumpler and Diane Voss (Kurtis); her 8 grandchildren: Taylor Wulliger (Daniel), Kristen Seymore (bonus daughter/caretaker), Heather Seymore, Heather Holloway (Bryan), Alicia DeForest (Travis), Ashley Voss (Daniel Schissler), and Adam Voss (Mia Robinson); as well as 8 additional great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m., with a funeral service at 11 a.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church with Dr. Rick Finley officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 3712 Cheek Rd. Durham, NC 27704.
