Marvin Randolph Pring, Jr.

OXFORD- Mr. Marvin Randolph Pring, Jr., 83, passed away Monday, September 16, 2019.
Mr. Pring was born March 31, 1936 in Roanoke, Virginia. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Butner and worked at Duke University in Durham, NC. Marvin was a very loving and kind soul who will be deeply missed.
Mr. Pring is preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Lucy Marie Pring. He is survived by his son, David Pring; brother, Sherman Pring; niece and caregiver Teresa Wilson.
A graveside service will be held at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Officiating will be Reverend Charlie Bryan. Visitation will be held an hour prior from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home.
