DURHAM- Mr. Latney Samuel “Sam” Medlin, Sr., 71, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
Mr. Medlin was born on October 2, 1949 to Latney and Alice Medlin in Durham, NC. He worked as a mechanic for several years in the Durham area.
Mr. Medlin was preceded in death by his parents, Latney and Alice Medlin, and son, Latney S. Medlin, Jr.
Mr. Medlin is survived by his wife, Deborah Carter Medlin of Durham, NC; sister, Shirley Wilkerson (Paul) of Hillsborough, NC; and grandchild, Summer Medlin.
A private service will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
