Kristi Ausley Robinson, 52, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
Born June 5, 1974, Kristi was the daughter of Christine Ausley and the late John Wayne Ausley.
She graduated from Southern High School and began her cosmetology career. Being behind the chair allowed her to be creative and carefree. She enjoyed the many connections made and conversations that were had with her clients. Kristi always made them feel confident and cared for.
The beach was her happy place. Spending many summers and months down by the coast relaxing by the ocean. She also enjoyed riding horses until she no longer could.
Kristi loved well. She loved her family and friends, most of all her children. They were her pride and joy. Kristi was a social butterfly, spending as much time with her friends and family as she could. She was a strong shoulder, a listening ear, and someone who understood when others did not. She was a kind soul, always putting others ahead of herself.
She was a fighter. After a long 9-year battle with metastasized breast cancer, Kristi still was her spunky self until her last days. She always had a smile on her face through the ups and downs of treatment. Her family finds peace and comfort knowing she has been made whole and is no longer suffering.
Kristi is survived by her children, Jordan Robinson, Garrett Robinson, and John Allen Stallings; Mother, Christine Ausley; Sister, Sharon Craft (Donnie); Brothers, Todd Ausley (Donna) and Steve Ausley; she remained close with Chris Robinson and EA Stallings as they co-parented together; Kristi also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
She will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, daughter, and friend. Her memory will remain with the people who knew her and loved her.
A visitation will be held Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home.
***The family asks if you have any pictures of Kristi to bring them to add to the memory table***
Flowers are acceptable or memorial contributions can be directed to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. As this month is Breast Cancer Awareness, in remembrance of Kristi, make sure that you check your ta-tas.
