Jon Fish

Jon Franklin Fish, 51, of Durham passed away Thursday, September 15, 2023.

Jon was born July 8, 1972, in Durham to Benjamin Franklin Fish and Betsy Merle Carlton. He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Fish.

Mr. Fish enjoyed racing cars at Orange County Speedway & Motor cross. He enjoyed spending time with his racing family. Jon loved his remote-control cars and flying drones. Mr. Fish was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his mother, Jon is survived by his brothers; James Fish and Jason Fish (Robin); niece, Hanna Fish; nephew, Jacob Fish (Nicole); and great nephews, Braylen and Josiah Fish.

A Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Hudson Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Brier Creek Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be Rev. Chris Otto.

Flowers are acceptable.
