John Dennis Russell, Sr.

CREEDMOOR- Mr. John Dennis Russell, Sr., 73, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Duke Regional Hospital.

Mr. Russell was born May 14, 1947 to the late Jasper and Mary Russell in Durham, NC. He worked with Lions Club Industries for 20 years. Mr. Russell enjoyed carpentry work. He was strong willed, had a heart of gold, could beat all odds, never gave up and loved his grandson dearly. Mr. Russell will be remembered as a loving father and grandfather.

Mr. Russell is survived by his son, John Dennis Russell, Jr. and wife, Patia of Creedmoor, NC; grandson, Kyle Russell.

A private graveside service will be held at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Flowers are acceptable.
