John Hrabak

John Hrabak age 75, passed away peacefully at home in Durham, NC January 2, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Linda Woltman Hrabak; loving father of Melissa Kushnir (Basil); proudest grandpa of Lilia, Sophie, and Anastasia; fiancé of Brenda Sawyer; dearest brother of Marge Burton (Jeff).
Born in Cleveland, OH July 31,1944. John enjoyed many years in Cleveland, OH, Columbia, MD, and Durham, NC. John was a proud veteran of the US Navy. John loved life and enjoyed spending time with those he loved. He was a friend to every person he met and cared deeply about many. You could find him watching football, fishing, or chasing his granddaughters.

Funeral mass will be held at Holy Infant Catholic Church, 5000 Southpark Dr., Durham, NC 27713 on January 20, 2020 at 11am. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery.
