Glenwood Lloyd Glen Faircloth

FAIRCLOTHDURHAM Mr. Glenwood Lloyd “Glen” Faircloth, 60 of 2508 E. Club Blvd, died on Wednesday, December 8, 2010.Mr. Faircloth was born in Apex to the late Lloyd Benton and Betty Frances Matthews Griffin. He served in the U. S. Marine Corps and was a foreman with Stromberg Metals. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Donnie and Richard Faircloth and three sisters, Frances Edwards, Martha Bledsoe and Diane Byrd.He is survived by two sons, Brian Faircloth and Jared Faircloth both of Durham; one brother, Gerald Faircloth (Joyann) of Buffalo N.Y.; four sisters, Doris Bozeman (Clyde) of Longwood, N.C., Linda Morris (Mark) of Conway, S.C., Carolyn Gentry of Youngsville and Annette Bullock (Don) of Youngsville and two grandchildren, Alexander and Madeline Faircloth.Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel, officiated by Rev. Harold Woodlief. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 12 to 2 p.m. before the service at Hudson Funeral Home. Flowers are acceptable.
