Garland Phillip Ford

GEORGIA- Mr. Garland Ford, 64, of Georgia died on Friday, September 20, 2013.  He was a Durham native but lived in Georgia for over 20 years. He was the son of the late Elmo L. Ford.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth Browning Ford of Hephzibah, Georgia; one brother, Lewis Ford and wife Pat of Rougemont; one sister, Dorothy Glosson and husband Bennie of Hephzibah, Georgia.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Tim Wheeler will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. one hour prior to the service at Hudson Funeral Home. Flowers are acceptable. Online condolences can be made at www.hudsonfuneralhome.com.
