Frank Ferguson Troy

DURHAM Mr. Frank Ferguson Troy, 74, a former resident of Durham, died at UNC Hospital on August 11, 2014.
Mr. Troy was a native of Durham, the son of the late John Clark Troy, Jr. and Hazel Ferguson Troy. He served in the U. S. Navy as a Medic and was assigned to Camp Lejeune. He retired from Duke University Medical Center as a Lab Assistant.
He is survived by his wife, Jimmie Smith Troy; one son, Frank Ferguson Troy, Jr. of King Street, SC; three daughters, Brenda Diane Driscoll of Travelers Rest, SC, Melissa Ozbourn and Virginia Nadine Bryant both of Andrews, SC; his twin brother, John Clark Troy III of Cedar Grove, NC; sister, Louise Helen Flora of Asheville; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren
