Floyd Neal Perry

DURHAM Mr. Floyd Neal Perry, 91, of Durham, died on Tuesday, September 25, 2012.Mr. Perry was born in Wake County to the late Matthew and Winnie O’Neal Perry. He served in the U. S. Army during World War II. He retired after 30 years from the American Tobacco Company as a Fixer. He was a member of Angier Avenue Baptist Church and was a Mason. Mr. Perry was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Stell Perry.He is survived by his daughter, Brenda Perry Harris and husband, Marvin of Durham; one brother, three sisters, two grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.Graveside services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at Wake Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Phillip Brantley will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home.
