Fayedean Medlin Watson

DURHAM- Mrs. Fayedean Medlin Watson, 83, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020 at Duke Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Watson was born October 26, 1936 to the late Worth Medlin and Lucille Freeman in Granville Co., NC.  Mrs. Watson worked on wiring of motors for aircraft and space shuttles. She enjoyed bowling, crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, word searches and reading. She enjoyed traveling to the Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Mrs. Watson will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Mrs. Watson is preceded in death by her parents, Worth Medlin and Lucille Freeman; daughter, Wendy Allen.

Mrs. Watson is survived by her husband, Frank Vinson Watson; son, Robbie Watson (Angela); grandchildren, Christin Sapikowski (Brandon), Kevin Watson, Chandler Watson, Tracy McLendon and Jeremy Allen; great-grandchildren, Austin Davis, Logan Davis, Charlotte Sapikowski and Emilee Sapikowski.

A private graveside service will be held at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Durham, NC.
