Eunice Leary King

KINGDURHAM Mrs. Eunice Leary King, 81, of Durham, died on Thursday, January 19, 2012.Mrs. King was a native and lifelong resident of Durham, the daughter of the late Garland and Lallie Smith Leary. She was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Baptist Church and the Immanuel Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley Holt King, sisters, Elanie L. Long, Lurlene Miles and a great-grandson, Daniel Neal. She is survived by her son, John Boyd King and wife, Susan of Atlantic Beach; two daughters, Jill K. Walker and husband, Rex of Timberlake and Susan K. Ferrell and husband, Jimmy of Durham; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel, officiated by Rev. Jack Cox and Rev. Ron Christ. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park.The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home and other times at the home.
