VANCE COUNTY-Ernest Malcolm Shepherd, Jr., 93, of Henderson died on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. He was the son of the late Ernest Malcolm Shepherd, Sr. and Ruby Fowler Shepherd. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He retired from GTE.
He is survived by his wife Marie Shepherd, two daughters, Sharie S. Baker (Larry) of Henderson; Vickie S. Holleman (Vic) of Hillsborough; one grandson, Scott Hogan (Julie) of Hillsborough; two great-grandchildren.
Private Family service will be held at Woodlawn Mausoleum Chapel at a later date. Online condolences can be made at www.hudsonfuneralhome.com.
