GRANVILLE CO. Doug Williams, 61, of Franklinton, died on Sunday, November 20, 2011. He was the son of the late Levi Bryant Williams and Annie Mae Garner. Mr. Williams served in the U.S. Army. He was a supervisor for Custom Molders. He is survived by his wife, Betty T. Williams, one son, David Gregory Jr. of Durham; five daughters, Amy W. Kirk of VA; Jackie Williams of Maryland; Leah Snyder, Rachel Gregory and April Overton all of Granville Co. Twelve grandchildren and his loving nephew, Ron Williams, sister-in-law, Faye Williams and several other nieces and nephews.Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Andy Brown will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday one hour prior to service from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home. Flowers acceptable.
