Dorothy Rogers McFarland

WARREN CO. Dorothy McFarland, 85, of Manson, NC died on Sunday, May 4, 2014.  She was the daughter of the late Marcus and Kathleen Rogers. She retired from American Tobacco. She is a member of Sherron Acres FWB. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Eddie B. McFarland, Jr.

She is survived by her husband Fred Dunning of Manson, NC; one daughter, Linda Evans  (Rob) of Macon, NC; one brother, Tony Rogers (Joyce ) of West Columbia, SC; one sister, Ruth O’Steen of Durham.

Graveside services will be held in Woodlawn Memorial Park on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Rob Evans officiating.

Family will receive friends at her sister’s home. Flowers are acceptable or memorials made to The Gideons International, Durham South Camp, PO Box 2155, Durham,  NC  27702
