Dorothy Carpenter Keller

RALEIGH Mrs. Dorothy Carpenter Keller, 79, of 5902 West Creek Place, died on Tuesday, December 27, 2011.Mrs. Keller was a native and lifelong resident of Durham, the daughter of the late Hubert and Bertha Bishop Carpenter. She retired from IBM Corporation. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Keller. She is survived by one son, Robert Keller of Durham; granddaughter, Nancy Kechout; one grandson, Christopher Keller and 2 great-grandsons, Christopher Keller Jr. and Youcef Mohamed Kechout; two sisters, Margaret C. Lee of Youngsville, Faye Davis of Wake Forest and a host of nieces and nephews.A graveside service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Rev. Donnie Cash will officiate.
