HUSKETHHAW RIVER Mr. Dewitt Waddell Husketh, 82, of 3749 Mary’s Grove Church Road, died at the VA Hospital on Thursday, January 13, 2011.Mr. Husketh was a native of Durham, the son of the late V. L. and Emma Bertha Husketh. He served in the U. S. Marine Corp and retired from Cradel Engineering as a Surveyor. He attended Cheek Heights Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Madge Husketh.He is survived by four sons, Melvin, Michael, Garry, and Larry Husketh; two daughters, Gloria Parker and Sonya Williams; one sister, Jewel Mangum; 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel, officiated by Rev. Terry Byrd. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1 to 2 p.m., before the service at Hudson Funeral Home. Flowers are acceptable
