Cody Wayne Brogden

CREEDMOOR- Mr. Cody Wayne Brogden, 26, passed away on February 28, 2021.

Mr. Brogden was born July 10, 1994 to Jimmy Brogden, Jr., and Courtney Averette in Durham, NC. He enjoyed watching movies and playing Xbox. Cody went to car shows in Asheville, NC with his Papaw. He enjoyed his job painting cars. In his spare time, he would skateboard and spend time outdoors in nature. Cody will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Mr. Brogden is survived by his parents, Jimmy Brogden, Jr., and Courtney Averette; sisters, Madison and Autumn Brogden; half-sister, Lillian Averette; and his step-brother, Lennox Averette.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2021 at Brogden Family Cemetery in Wake Forest, NC.

Hudson Funeral Home will be observing social distancing for visitation and asks everyone in attendance to wear a mask when entering the building.
