Cheryl Lynne McDonald

DURHAM Cheryl Lynne McDonald, 53, of 2820 E. Geer Street, died on Thursday, August 21, 2014.
Cheryl was a native and lifelong resident of Durham, the daughter of the late Aubrey McDonald and Audrey Ellis McDonald. She worked for Triangle Orthopaedic Associates as a Patient Support Specialist. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie Pemberton.
She is survived by her daughter and best friend, Emily Anne McDonald of Durham; sister, Libby Moore Durham; grand-dogs, Pepper, Lucy and Maggie; several nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, August 26 at 6 pm at Gorman Baptist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
