Carolyn Roll Poplin

DURHAM Mrs. Carolyn F. Poplin, 72, of Carpenter Pond Road, died on Thursday, February 21, 2013.Mrs. Poplin was born in Durham to the late Fred and Kathleen Roll. She retired from IBM. She is survived by two sons, Mike Poplin and wife,Jayne and Kenny Poplin, both of Durham; four grandchildren, Jason Cannady, Whitney Chandler, Caleb Poplin, Olivia Poplin and one great-grandchild, Mady Cannady. Visitation will be held on Monday from7 to 9 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home no service will follow. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Triangle Shrine Club, PO Box 11705, Durham, NC 27703.
