Betty Jean Pearsall

Betty Wilson Pearsall, 86, of Creedmoor, NC, passed away on July 22, 2025. Mrs. Pearsall was born on August 12, 1938, in Orange County, NC, to the late Samuel Monroe and Virginia Blalock Wilson.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pearsall is preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Eugene Pearsall and her brother, Samuel M. Wilson, Jr.

She is survived by her son, Loyd “Gene” Pearsall, II of Creedmoor, NC; brothers, Michael W. Wilson, Phillip N. Wilson, and John N. Blalock; sisters, Wanda Wilson Beam and Ginny B. Cake; grandchildren, Jacob Pearsall, Carleigh Pearsall, Trenton Pearsall, Payten Pearsall, Ashley Adams, and Shane Nelson; great-grandson, Nathan Pearsall.

Betty was a devoted member of First Baptist Church in Creedmoor. She cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. Betty found joy in beach trips, tending to her flower garden, reading, and working word puzzles.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home.
