Mrs. Betty Jean Dean Lucas, 84, of Chapel Hill, died on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 Mrs. Lucas was born in Harnett County to the late Fred Thomas Fore and Hettie Dean Fore. She owned and operated a Family Care Home in Orange County for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Earl Lucas.
She is survived by her sons, Mark Lucas, Jimmy Lucas and Dirk Lucas.
