Barbara Jean Leos

DURHAM Mrs. Barbara Jean Leos, 67, of Durham, died on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.
Mrs. Leos was a native and lifelong resident of Durham, the daughter of the late Oscar Elliott Sarvis and Mardell Van Horn Sarvis. She was a homemaker and a sensational cook. She attended Fellowship Baptist Church. Barbara was a loving mother and friend to everyone whenever needed. She was young at heart; a true friend and people loved to be around her.
She is survived by the love of her life, Juan Valades; children, Bobby Landers, Sherron Lopez and husband, Jose’ and Benito Leos; brothers, Roy Sarvis and wife, Linda and Donald Sarvis; sister, Janice Moore and husband, Ronald; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two on the way and other loving family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home.
