Angie Jernigan

HILLSBOROUGH Angie Jernigan, 54 of Hillsborough, died on Thursday, October 5, 2017.

Angie was born in Durham the daughter of the late Julian Wilber Chandler and Ladoska Mae Walker Chandler. She was employed with Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Nurse Case Manager. Angie was an avid Kid Rock fan. She was a loving Mom and great all around woman. She was a mother to people who were not her own and known as the “neighborhood mom”. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie Parton.

She is survived by her children, Dakota Jernigan, Eddie Jernigan and Jodie Jernigan; sister, Teresa Adcock and husband, Tim; grandchildren, Aieden, Ryan, Tori and Kolton Jernigan.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Hugh O’Shields will officiate
