Rebecca “Becky” Joan Rich

DURHAM- Rebecca “Becky” Joan Rich, 55, of Durham died on Saturday, July 26, 2014. She was a native and lifelong resident of Durham, the daughter of the late Thomas Rich. She worked for Durham Exchange Club Industries. She was of the Baptist Faith.

She is survived by her mother Shirley Oakley Rich, one sister, Deborah Fletcher and husband Tommy and daughter Ashley of  Durham; Uncle Harry Oakley of Durham; Aunt Peggy Wilkerson of Roxboro.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel.  Rev. Michael Hilliard and Harry Oakley will officiate. Burial will be in Brier Creek Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Bobby Pate, Keith Pate, Greg Stocking, Bobby James and Amos Rozier.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. one hour prior to the service at Hudson Funeral Home and other times at the home 1008 McLamb Dr. Flowers are acceptable. Online condolences can be made at www.hudsonfuneralhome.com.
