Barbara Hopkins Buchanan

STEM- Barbara Hopkins Buchanan, 71, of Stem died on Sunday, February 22, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Howard Pennington and Lillian Grady Pennington. She retired from Northern Telecom.

She is survived by her loving husband of thirty six years, John Buchanan of the home, two sons, Troy Wayne Hopkins (Anita) and Michael Todd Hopkins, one daughter, Billie Diane Hopkins. Three brothers, Wade Pennington, Robert Pennington and James Pennington, half-brother, Rodney Pennington, half-sister, Tammy Ray, four grandchildren, Heather Riley, Laura Riley, Christina Hopkins and Jonathan Hopkins.

Graveside services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Pastor Mike Jones will officiate.
